Recognised as an official centre of excellence and the first of its kind in the Middle East, MKFA is the UAE’s premier fencing academy and a true ambassador of the Olympic sport of Fencing for the whole region.
The academy has a strong community of athletes and supporters from over 20 nationalities, quality in-house training programs, hosts world-class fencing events, and runs diverse after-school programmes and specialized youth camps. It has also started educational projects to include fencing as a sport in school and university curriculums.
MK Fencing Academy was nominated in the top 10 finalists at the most prestigious Sports Industry Awards in Asia SPIA Asia 2018 in the category of BEST SPORTS YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME OF THE YEAR.

MK Fencing Academy Plovdiv is the younger sister organisation of MK Fencing Academy Dubai. Recently established, it aims to promote further the sport of fencing in the region and hopes in the future to follow the successful path of its sister organisation.
