Programme
A Unique, Boutique Experience for Young Fencers
The International Fencing Camp (IFC) is an exclusive programme tailored specifically for young athletes. Designed with meticulous attention to detail, this camp offers both novice and advanced fencers an unparalleled opportunity for focused and intensive training. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of fencing, enhance their technical skills and physical agility, cultivate healthy and active habits, and foster personal growth and motivation.
An Immersive Six-Day Journey
Over six dynamic days, participants will engage in fencing, training, and learning within a safe and supportive environment. The camp is crafted to support their journey toward achieving their individual fencing goals and aspirations.
The training sessions will take place in a purpose-built fencing hall, equipped with eight professional fencing pistes and full scoring equipment, ensuring a world-class experience for both fencers and coaches.
Holistic Development: Mind, Body, and Sport
We understand that true learning flourishes when the body, mind, and spirit work in harmony. Our programme goes beyond physical training to include mental preparation sessions, fencing-specific meditation, visualization techniques, yoga, and tailored fitness and conditioning. These elements create a holistic experience that enhances not only athletic performance but also mental resilience and focus.
A Truly Unique Approach
This boutique programme blends sport, culture, education, and nature, providing a one-of-a-kind experience. Participants will have the opportunity to embody key sports values such as friendship, respect, and excellence, while enjoying an environment that nurtures their overall development.
